Från augusti 2018 använder iHerb oberoende tredjepartslaboratorier som ABC Testing, Eurofins och Alkemist för att testa produkter. Att använda ett oberoende tredjepartslaboratorium garanterar objektiva och opartiska resultat.
iTested bekräftar att informationen som anges på en produkts panel med fakta om kosttillskottet och/eller näring är korrekt. Produkterna testas också för att bekräfta Clean Label-standarder, såsom mikrobiell analys och tungmetallanalys.
Testmetoderna beskrivs i varje produktdokument från iTested.
Produkterna testas var sjätte månad.
